Working for sister company Solsbury Hill in its collaboration with Brady Development as Greenhaven Development, Centripetal Works provided five housing prototypes to the City of Albany for its public-private partnership to construct workforce housing across from Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Emphasizing affordability, a range of three two-bedroom and one three-bedroom prototypes was developed with standardization and economies of scale in mind. A fifth four-bedroom prototype was also designed with a view toward establishing market comparables for that type of housing in the downtown area near the hospital.

Centripetal Works also assisted with site design for the project, which is currently contemplated in two phases with an initial phase of 4-6 homes to be constructed starting in late 2026 to early 2027 and a second phase to potentially include 12-14 additional single-family homes and 10 townhomes to follow.
