Working in collaboration with national interior design firm Vida Design on behalf of RAM Partners, Centripetal Works provided architectural design documents for the renovation of interior amenity spaces at Building 1000 of the District at Duluth Apartments in Duluth, Georgia. Totaling 3,154 square feet spread over two floors, the renovation includes reconfiguration and refresh of the existing leasing suite and lobby to include a digital library amenity space for residents. It also includes a new hosting area and game room including the addition of a new golf simulator, renovations to the existing fitness center, and expansion of existing co-working areas for residents. The renovation will also include a refresh of the existing poolside area including the addition of a pre-manufactured metal trellis over the roof deck of the existing poolside Cabana Building. The project was completed in the Spring of 2026.
