Working in collaboration with national interior design firm Vida Design and structural engineering firm Ray Engineering on behalf of RAM Partners, Centripetal Works provided architectural design documents for the renovation of the Clubhouse at the Reserve at Meadowmont Apartments in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The project’s scope includes the renovation of a significant portion of the interior of the existing 4,018 square foot building, originally constructed in 1999, to include a reconfiguration and refresh of the existing leasing suite and great room common space as well as an expansion of co-working facilities for residents. Centripetal Works also coordinated upgrades to the existing poolside area including refreshed finishes, new grilling stations, and a new poolside pavilion trellis. Construction of the project is underway and anticipated to be complete in the Fall of 2025.
