Working in collaboration with national interior design firm Vida Design on behalf of RAM Partners, Centripetal Works provided architectural design documents for the renovation of interior and exterior amenity spaces for two buildings at the Gramercy Square at Ayrsley apartment complex in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Renovations to the existing Clubhouse building included modifications to the existing Leasing Offices, creation of a new Co-Working Suite, upgrades to the existing Club Room including a new Resident Kitchen area, addition of a new Package Room, and finish upgrades throughout the building. On the exterior, minor upgrades to the Pool Deck area included revision of the finishes and fixtures at the existing grilling areas.

Meanwhile, within Building #1, the existing resident Game Room will be expanded to include a more open plan layout with a new dedicated space for vintage arcade games while the adjacent exterior patio will receive upgraded grilling areas and new fire pits. With interior renovations totaling 5,056 square feet, the project is expected to begin construction in the Summer of 2026.
